Screencast-O-Matic: This is a browser-based program for making your own screencasts and requires no software to download. It does, however, require a free account to share with others via the web.
ScreenToaster: This is another browser-based program for screencasts.
Jing: Jing must be downloaded, but it is free to use and works on either a Mac or a PC. To share with others, you must have a free account at Screencast.com.
